About Ben Agolini

I am a Roving Manager within the Brunning and Price group. I travel the country managing different sites of large teams to safety deliver a memorable customer experience and oversea the smooth running of the business. I build lasting relationships with suppliers and regularly attend tasting events to broaden our offerings and enhance the customers time with us. I am currently involved in the training of a newly recruited front of house team for a restaurant opening within the group in Bath. Prior to Brunning & Price I have 16 years experience delivering exceptional customer service within the airline industry, the last 5 of which as a Manager/Leader within this space. As a Customer Service Manager I lead teams of up to 24 highly skilled professionals to safely and efficiently provide world class customer experiences on ultra long range flights between the UK and Australia. Also an experienced Facilitator for the airlines wine program, training all cabin crew in premium wine service and wine education. I also facilitate courses for cabin crew wishing to become onboard Sommelier`s, and lounge staff. I have worked as part of an international focus group to help design this course, and have been invited to numerous annual recognition events for contributions to both the leadership and Facilitation space.
