A Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) with an MBA, I have deep expertise in corporate finance, M&A, strategic planning, governance, and enterprise-wide transformation. I have led large-scale finance teams across Australia and the Asia-Pacific, shaped multi-billion-dollar transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and infrastructure divestments, and served as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CFOs, and Boards. My experience includes full accountability for internal and external reporting, ASX compliance, audit committee engagement, and capital management across global operations. I’ve represented Santos at high-profile conferences, led negotiations with international regulators, and chaired joint venture committees —bringing a proven ability to engage stakeholders, regulators, and markets with clarity and authority.
