I am a commercially focused, driven Senior Executive who has worked with some of the most iconic and well-known global sporting, media, digital, retail and entertainment organisations. These organisations include the NBA, AFL, Southern Cross Austereo, Cricket Australia, Blockbuster Entertainment/Virgin Megastore and DDB Needham. I have led large diverse teams (200+ people with 9 direct reports) and am known as being a strong leader who is inclusive, results-oriented, authentic and focused on developing talented, high achieving teams while creating a highly engaged, collaborative, performance-oriented team environment. I have a proven track record of driving sustainable profitable growth, revenue and EBIT and have a natural bias towards business creation and execution, deal making, P&L management, digital and media rights strategy and international sponsorship, marketing and communications. I have been a key driver and player in negotiating large, high profile multi-million to billion-dollar deals across Australia, UK, Asia, the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), South Africa, the US, Caribbean and New Zealand. I have also developed and led ground-breaking, disruptive strategies and transformed businesses by building very successful commercial and digital media operations and managed multi-million-dollar budgets, content and OTT operations/partnerships and commercial sponsorships. I have successfully driven value through strategy, innovation, content and commercial initiatives and effective execution. In leading large media businesses, they have consistently outperformed and dominated the market in terms of audience, revenue and profit. In my free time, I enjoy reading business books, watching documentaries & movies, being with friends & family, mentoring young people and doing pro bono work for organisations which assist the poor and children with cancer.
