At the moment I'm about 15 years active within the contact center industry. My first position was as a technical support advisor for Telenet. The main part of this job was to help customers by phone or by mail. A few years later I became senior advisor within the Telenet project. This position gave me the chance to train new agents, review their conversations and I had the posibility to get more familiar with the job content of a traffic officer(monitor service level, change the planning, doing reporting using excelRefresh and VBA reports within Excel.) 8 years later I became scripting officer(now IT Operations Engineer). This job exists in setting up outbound/inbound campaigns, creating scripts for Altitude(Basic coding) and Genesys/Genesys Cloud (html, javascript, css, ajax,sql.), setting up IVR flows and lots more.
