With over six years of experience as a Plant Manager at Collard Group Ltd, a demolition & waste company, I manage and coordinate the plant operations and transport services for various projects across the UK. I hold an A Level in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Brooklands College, which enables me to handle the administrative and financial aspects of my role effectively. My core competencies include plant control, plant hire, purchasing, vehicle management, health and safety compliance, team building, and customer service. I oversee a team of 20 staff and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the plant and the transport of equipment and materials to different sites. I have implemented several initiatives to improve the quality, productivity, and safety of our services, such as introducing a new plant system within the department. I am passionate about delivering high-quality plant and transport services to our clients and collaborating with a diverse and dynamic team to achieve our goals.
