As a dedicated Marine Corps Officer with six years of service, my career is marked by a diverse and extensive background in aviation, instruction, operations, and safety management. I have honed my skills as a Pilot, Basic Instructor Pilot, Weapons Training Officer, and in various leadership roles such as Maintenance Officer, Operations Officer, and Officer in Charge of multiple detachments. Additionally, I am a certified Aviation Safety Officer and have recently taken on roles as Current Operations Manager and Future Operations Manager. My passion for aviation, combined with a commitment to excellence and safety, drives my ongoing contributions to the United States Marine Corps and prepares me for future challenges and opportunities. Teaching, coaching, and mentoring young Marines and pilots are among my greatest passions. I find immense satisfaction in sharing my knowledge and experiences, helping to shape the next generation of leaders and aviators. Witnessing their growth, both professionally and personally, is incredibly rewarding. Whether it's through hands-on instruction, providing constructive feedback, or offering guidance and support, I am committed to fostering an environment where they can thrive and achieve their full potential. My goal is to instill confidence, competence, and a strong sense of duty in every Marine. Before my journey as a Marine: As an entrepreneur, I founded and ran Elite Athletic Performance, a youth football camp dedicated to developing young athletes. Over two years, I successfully trained over 700 youth athletes, coordinating all aspects of the camp. This included managing administration, operations, and equipment, as well as inviting guest superstar athletes to inspire and coach the participants. This experience taught me the importance of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and mentor young individuals. Simultaneously, I worked as a Construction Project Manager, where I managed eight different projects aimed at transforming run-down houses into dream homes. This role required meticulous planning, resource management, and effective communication with various stakeholders to ensure each project was completed on time. In the three years before joining the Marines, I served as an Operations Manager for Oregon Onsite Drug Testing. In this position, I was responsible for training and maintaining all collection technicians, ensuring they adhered to stringent standards and procedures. My role involved overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality control, and ensuring client satisfaction.
