About Ben Chamberlain

I am an architect with 25 years’ experience, 15 years working at a senior level, both as a designer and project manager, with projects in the UK and the Middle East. With in-depth knowledge of a number of sectors including; Education, Medical Research, Residential led Mixed Use and Transportation, at all stages of the architectural process from conceptual work through, planning to delivery and handover. Working in a diverse range of practice types, from smaller design led studios through to International multi-disciplinary commercial organisations. In all types I have advanced through the ranks to lead teams on large or numerous projects. I have had extensive experience working in the Middle East, with major Saudi Arabian contractors, delivering designs concepted in the UK. This project management role, has created a wide network of contacts in Saudi Arabia and other UAE countries, and a good understanding of Arabic business culture. Since joining Diales I have prepared independent reports and been successful giving evidence in adjudication in support of my conclusion. Representation in mediations have resulted in successful outcomes. I strive to ensure that my attention to detail in the preparation of investigative reports puts forward a clear unbiased understanding of the facts.
