Started in the Warehouse Business in 1990 and soon found that warehousing doesn't pay the bills. Went to School and obtained my CDL(Commercial Drivers License) in 1992 and drove route services in the Southeast United States for 4 years and then joined the Roadmaster Transportation INC team in October of 1996. After years of driving and working to help build this new start up Company, I took on additional responsibilities, including handling Compliance issues. IFTA, UCR, Insurance Claims and processing and many other Local, State and federal reporting. I also handled the Safety department for 6 Years and went through 2 Full DOT(Department of Transportation) Audits and inspections. Receiving Satisfactory Ratings on each. I began to also handle Scheduling and Booking of Loads and Backhauls. Negotiating rates and terms with Hundreds of Different Businesses and Brokers. Building a network that allows Roadmaster to travel anywhere in the United States. Roadmaster has grown from 1 single axle Ford Tractor in 1996 to a fleet of over 70 Modern Tractors and servicing all 48 States. My experience with Negotiating and setting up Network Partners in Logistics was a gateway to Join in Roadmaster Logistics LLC. in 2014. A partnering company that now allows our organization to handle Freight from any size Company, needing logistics services, while still maintaining our Mid size Company service & Quality. I have been in the Distribution, Transportation and Logistics industry for over 25 years and although starting with a non-existent Company it only drove and motivated me to Build something Extraordinary and Special in our Industry.
