Ben is a lawyer by trade and became interested in digital marketing after working on a successful political campaign in 2010. Ben started a digital marketing consulting company in early 2011 and juggled that with his legal career as in-house counsel at a labour union before joining Salesforce. As a consultant Ben has worked with a number of Fortune 500 businesses in order to implement customer journey strategies, including influencer identification, crisis management and customer service.
