Director of Coaching for the U14 to U16 Boys age group for Charlotte Soccer Academy consisting of over 350 players, 24 teams and 14 coaches. Manage teams at the SRPL, Premier and Classic levels as well as coach within the Junior and Youth Academy programs. A strong focus on player development and promoting players to higher levels as well as successful titles with Champions at SRPL, USYS State Cup, Kepner Cup and Disney tournament. Head Coach for the U12 USSDA boys and U11 Pre-DA programs helping to develop the elite player and following U.S Soccer’s player development philosophy and responsible for the following areas - player identification and recruitment, curriculum and periodization planning, performance testing, speed and agility program, video analysis, program and player evaluations, game day management, Futsal program and coaching all practices. Director of one of the largest summer camps and implemented and conduct the CSA Futsal program. Clinician within CSA Coach Education programs. Worked for Challenger Sports as a Regional and then Senior Regional Director for 10 years, covering the NC, SC, TN and KY regions and increasing summer camp clients by 275%, registration by 180% during this time period and coaching staff from 16 to 50 employees. During this time, the company became the largest soccer camp organization in North America. As well as overseeing the sales, marketing and customer servicing of the British Soccer and Tetra Brazil programs, I also managed the Challenger Soccer Academy division for the state, working with clubs and individuals to provide affordable, professional coaching to both coaches and players and raising the standard of soccer within NC. I have a demonstrated track record of managing a motivated and successful workforce. A talent for getting the best out of staff through leading by example, using effective communication skills and ensuring all staff members know their roles, responsibilities and company protocols.
