Representing Management in a not-for -profit, a fitness peak body as well as a sales client portfolio developed these skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Public speaking has been critical in all roles with diverse audiences. Strategy: Identifying challenges and developing strategies for solutions in tightly resourced Not-for-profit environments has required creativity and resourcefulness ensuring up to 250 national programs successfully delivered annually. Achievements included development of clear strategic and operational plans, fundraising and communications strategies and revision of operations. A strong big picture and creative thinker, program development and delivery have proven my ability to apply ideas to practical situations and ensure they are deliverable within the relevant environment.
