Motivated and driven Designer and Art Director with over fifteen years of experience. Currently working as an Art Director and Licensing Manager for one of the industry’s most progressive companies, 3D Lighting Innovations Inc. Supervising the creative department, as well as managing the contractual obligations of the company. In addition to, designing all of the marketing materials, collateral materials, as well as packaging and new product concepts. Currently working closely with Disney, Marvel, Lucas Film, Warner Bros, Universal Studios, Hasbro, and Nickelodeon / Viacom. Previously, held a position as Creative Director at Canada’s largest licensed footwear importer/distributor, Black & White Inc. Oversaw operations, the creative department, while leading the product development team and supervised and monitored the overseas productions. In addition to, participating in sales meetings, negotiations with suppliers, and spearheaded development and contractual agreements with North America’s premiere Licensors.
