Ben leads the internal executive review process for overall project vision, urban design and architectural character. Together with SLC Executives and Development, he will guide third-party groups in the design of architectural massing, elevations and the selection of exterior finishes for all mixed-use and multifamily projects. Ben joined the Landscape Architecture team as Creative Director in 2003. Since 2010, Ben has led the Planning, Landscape Architecture and Civil Engineering teams and has proven to be invaluable in assessing project feasibility, entitlements, concept visioning and design implementation for SLC’s projects from residential master planned to high-rise, mixed-use communities.
