My Current Role: As the Build / Project Manager overseeing a large part of Rural Build Programme in Kent, i am responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale FTTP role out in half of Kent. In the last Financial year, i managed the delivery of 30,100 THP (Total Homes Passed) hitting all cost points and KPIs for the year, and are on track to surpass THP this year delivering accross 14 exchange areas (14 projects) as part of my 24/25 FY Delivery Plan. All while maintaining a cost point of less than £260 per CPP (Cost per premises). This achievement is made possible through effective collaboration and management of DL Openreach resources, contractors, and key stakeholders, including MJQ, MTS, local councils, and highways authorities. Also ensuring compliance with CDM safety regulations, tight budget control, and working to meet weekly and quarterly project deadlines.
