About Ben Davies

I've spent 14 years building a creative digital agency that I'm really proud of. The Web Kitchen exists primarily to allow employees to live happy, fulfilled, creative working lives. The incredible staff retention rates suggest we're getting that mostly right. We create 'wow-factor' websites that work and often develop our client's brand to help us do that. We rely totally on the work we do to generate new business for us: no marketing, no advertising, just people seeing the work we do and loving it. The growth of the business, the fantastic feedback and the amazing client retention rates suggest we're on the right track. I'm interested in lots of things beyond websites: I'm building a business that is disrupting the gardening sector, I'm fascinated by rewilding and regenerative agriculture (I'm responsible for a farm in mid-Wales) and I believe that great hospitality businesses play a crucial role in helping people live happy lives.
