Hi, how are you?"(In a Welsh accent) I lead the IP Benelux, UK and DE team at Hamilton Barnes. My team is a key partner to Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Telecommunication Providers, and Colocation Providers across these countries. We specialise in various technological domains, including IP/MPLS (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS…), Data Centres (EVPN/VxLAN/SPINE LEAF…), Critical Facilities (PDU, HVAC, PSU.) and DWDM/GPON networks. Success story: We worked with one of NL's fastest-growing ISPs in The Hague. They had multiple openings within the operations team. We successfully placed one Senior Network Engineer and a Mid Level Network Engineer there within 1 month of receiving the role. We supported a start-up Colo provider to grow their teams across the EU by 22 staff from technicians to Directors in just 9 months of working together. Mainly covering critical facility environments. We supported one of the world's largest Hosting providers based out of Germany to fill 3 critical roles that were open for 8 months, allowing them to roll out a project to improve network security and increase revenue.
