Wide-ranging experience in Oil & Gas Industry: Business development, commercial negotiations, contracts, market assessments, economic modeling, presentation development, marketing, logistics and finance (production, revenue, royalty, AP/AR, JV and fixed asset accounting). Utilizes strong interpersonal and communication talents to build positive and dynamic relationships. Specific midstream experiences: Site specific cogeneration projects; Upstream & midstream gathering/processing commercial agreements (short and long term); Gas transportation agreements (short and long term); Commodity buy/sell agreements (marketing arrangements for natural gas, C3+, C5+ and sulphur); Trucking contract RFPs; Commodity nominations and scheduling.
