About Ben Deller

I am a creative marketing leader with strong experience in all aspects of marketing communications, brand development, creative & campaign management, graphics & print/production, advertising, sales promotion, customer insight, and PR. Extensive digital marketing experience including: online strategies, web design & development, video production, user experience, social media, eCRM, email marketing, and search. With many years of experience in travel retail marketing, I am equally at ease managing teams and agencies or rolling up my sleeves to work independently. I offer strong interpersonal and project management skills, I am a self-starter and a quick learner. I typically describe myself as a ‘creative-techie’. I love the process of understanding the needs & wants of the consumer (‘marketing’) and then finding effective, insight-driven, creative solutions to fulfil these. At the same time, I have an awareness of the technicalities involved in meeting these needs and use my understanding of both disciplines to help formulate the best all-around solution. Outside of the corporate environment in my free time, I am passionate about helping small business owners. I support them in formulating effective, integrated marketing strategies to develop their brand proposition & identity, profitably engaging with current customers and connecting with new prospects. In 2014 I completed a 3-year part-time Masters degree (MSc) in Digital Marketing Communications at Manchester Metropolitan University.
