I’m an experienced AML Compliance Officer with expertise in Quality Control, Due Diligence and Customer Onboarding across Business, Corporate and Private Banking. I’m knowledgeable in all business entity and constitution types and experienced at conducting in-depth business and customer investigation, and using extensive knowledge of AML regulations, deliver clear, prompt and accurate decisions to ensure regulatory requirements are met and fraud risk is minimised. As Compliance Officer for C. Hoare, the UK’s oldest privately owned bank, I’m responsible for delivering the highest standards of quality control and due diligence to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained. A key part of my role is analysing existing processes and designing and implementing effective new processes to improve efficiency and enhance governance. A team-player, I build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers, deliver excellent customer service and support to high net-worth clients, and using leadership capabilities, have been successful in providing guidance and support to colleagues through effective coaching.
