My expertise is in all aspects of P3 (Public Private Partnership) developments, and specifically in the management and execution of Project Specific Output Specifications (PSOS). I'm working with unparalleled professionals and possess a holistic understanding of what it takes to design and execute complex projects. I'm uniquely positioned to understand the specific needs of healthcare organizations and know how to deliver best outcomes within Ontario's complex project delivery models.
