About Ben Ferguson

UNL - Mechanical Engineering graduation: May 2025 I am a dedicated and driven engineer with a strong passion for robotics and a commitment to continuous learning. With a background in mechanical engineering, I strive to develop expertise across all aspects of robotics development. I take both my work and education seriously, approaching challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a determination to master new skills. During my internship at Virtual Incision, I have had the opportunity to widely expand my technical knowledge through countless hands-on experiences, and I actively seek opportunities to refine and enhance my skill set. My long-term career goal is in humanoid robotics development. I am committed to leveraging my mechanical engineering knowledge while continuously expanding my skill set across all areas of mechatronics development. I refuse to let my degree just sit on a wall. I want a career where I want to go to work. I don't want to sit in a cubicle doing the same exact thing for 40 years. I want to be to be surrounded and challenged by creative and innovative people. This isn't just a job for me, this is my passion. I love this stuff and all I need is an opportunity to prove it.
