My experience spans across multiple facets of the firearms industry, from product development and market analysis to sales leadership and customer relations. I specialize in creating effective go-to-market strategies, optimizing supply chain operations, and leading high-performance teams to exceed sales targets. Some highlights of my career include: • Over 13 years with BPI Outdoors helping grow all brands (CVA, PowerBelt, Quake) as well as spearheading and launching the very successful Bergara Rifles brand in 2014 that captured significant market share • Building, growing, and nurturing strong partnerships with major retailers, dealers, and distributors across the North American market, and other countries • Implementing sales strategies that resulted in over $65M in new revenue • Managing large teams of highly driven individuals to create successful brands I’m always open to connecting with fellow professionals to share insights, discuss trends, and explore new opportunities for growth.
