I have over twenty five years of experience as an IT leader and consultant reshaping services and organizations in Fortune 500 companies. My broad experience with technology, outsourcing, cloud services, M&A, and IT business management has allowed me to plan and lead large transactions that meet the unique needs of your situation. I’ve has successfully modernized infrastructures, applications, and operating models, substantially improving IT agility, while simultaneously reducing service costs. I have assisted clients making build or buy decisions for services, and have extensive experience evaluating insourced, outsourced, cloud, and hybrid service delivery and management options, including the use of Managed Cloud Service Providers (MCSPs). While leading sourcing and transformational initiatives, I have developed implementation roadmaps and led the efforts to establish the organization structures, governance processes, and financial management approaches necessary to efficiently manage transformed services.
