I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated leader, with a quantifiable track record of developing teams and empowering people to achieving measurable outcomes through visible leadership and strategic implementation plans. I have over 12 years’ experience across the gas, training and civil construction industries. Having fulfilled various roles throughout my career including Gas Distribution Officer, Training Officer, Training Manager and also General Manager, I have the capacity to draw on a broad range of specialist knowledge and skills to ensure client expectations are achieved and surpassed. I have been directly responsible for the development and implementation of the Gas Distribution Operations Traineeships within both ATCO Gas and UrbanGrid Australia. Additionally, I have been responsible for business growth throughout all of my career positions, including growing UrbanGrid Australia into one of Western Australia’s largest and most experienced underground utility installation companies. My strengths encompass the ability to identify and introduce strategies for improved HSEQ, financial and project performance and delivering measurable improvements in all areas of my work.
