I’m well-versed in the software development lifecycle and know what it takes to build and lead a high-performing engineering team capable of delivering quality products. To complement my leadership skills, I’ve earned AWS Advanced Networking and Architecture certifications and learned to code in Python. These technical foundations have been key to my success in the tech space. An experienced CEO/COO in dynamic markets that excels at navigating new challenges with expertise in business strategy, financial modelling, and analysis. A leadership style that is consultative but decisive. Over 30 years has built sound commercial judgment and resilience through work in complex markets and large corporates, built corporate ventures, listing a telecoms company on the ASX as CEO, and co-founding the HR/Coaching/Analytics start-up Grace Papers.
