About Ben Gleed

I’ve always held myself accountable to high standards and relish the challenge of meeting them. It started by growing quickly from an individual martial artist to a certified instructor and four-time state champion, teaching classes of 20+ with no assistance and trusted with the keys to the building while I was still in high school. As a fresh graduate, it was learning as many manufacturing processes as I could, working with peers and vendors alike to reconfigure equipment and create more possibilities than what we started with. As an industry professional, I’ve maintained that same attitude. My career has evolved into everything from eliminating potential problems early through steering hardware and software product design, to improving the execution of process development and equipment bringup, and accelerating the growth of teams ready to advance the next waves of manufacturing innovation.
