These roles have strengthened my ability to identify growth opportunities, streamline operations, and drive strategic initiatives in fast-moving environments.Case competitions have been a key part of my growth as a problem-solver and future business leader. From winning the 2024 Soybean Innovation Competition's prize with a sustainable product concept to placing first in the 2025 Wabash and John Deere challenges, I’ve learned how to combine data-driven insights, creative thinking, and storytelling to deliver strategies that resonate with executives. Each competition has sharpened my ability to thrive under pressure and approach complex problems with both structure and vision.I am passionate about creating scalable solutions, building high-performing teams, and leading with a long-term vision. My goal is to leverage these experiences to shape strategies that drive sustainable business growth and innovation.
