With specialist experience in Mobility and Recruitment in the Defence and Consulting Engineering areas I work seamlessly with all levels of the business, establishing working relationships that deliver accurate and timely services and outcomes in line with strategic objectives. Partnering both with international colleagues and external service partners I lead the operational mobilisation of employees on various domestic and international moves ensuring movements are efficiently handled. I provide operational guidance, support and advice to solve problems, undertake auditing and cost tracking, vendor management and policy development and implementation. Highly effective at understanding overall strategic objectives and establishing or improving company procedures and policies to support them with input from various key stakeholders.
