Being a successful Business Manager requires a well-rounded individual. I pride myself on being able to develop the right people into capable Business Managers, from store to national level. Achieved by coaching people in, Sales, People and Operations Management. The combination of these three skillsets, embedded within the business, makes for a high performing team.
