My focus is on driving decarbonisation through the integration of low-carbon technologies onto the power system. I work with clients to shape policy and regulation, and to help define and implement businesses and customer propositions that create value whilst accelerating outcomes for the environment. I am an energy & utilities focused business consultant, with 16 years’ experience and a proven track record in leading delivery of outcomes for clients. Initially a cross-industry strategy & performance improvement consultant, I have focused exclusively on energy & utilities for the past 12 years. In this time I have delivered projects across regulatory strategy & policy, operating model design & delivery, performance improvement, and customer service improvement in both water and energy utilities, with a focus on Networks, Markets and Regulation. I have managed projects ranging from small strategy teams for short engagements through to large scale delivery of teams of 50+, and manage board-level relationships.
