With experience across private, government and not-for-profit organizations, I have built companies from the ground up and led operational efficiencies to reduce costs and grow the business. Specifically, I oversaw all facets of the Ontario One Call’s “Call Before You Dig” system which merged over 800 municipalities, utilities, and industries into a single public safety system with a $10 million annual budget. By optimizing business processes and establishing strategic direction, I improve the adaptability, efficiency, and effectiveness of organizations. I quickly transition employees and stakeholders through organizational change, removing barriers to full system implementation. By managing relationships with each stakeholder, I achieve rapid onboarding and on-time growth. I influence success through collaboration and by building talented teams motivated to achieve success.
