About Ben Harms

With the zest for life and being open to new experiences, I am ambitious, eager, and hard working. Fully supporting the Oil and Gas industry is something that I am passionate about and aim to build a long-term career. I know all too well that I won’t start at the top of the ladder, but I don’t mind, because I am a firm believer in the building blocks of success. Creating a strong foundation of how the operations works as a whole, will only benefit me in the end because I can appreciate the practices of the Oil and Gas industry and respect it. Being such a young guy who is open to anything, I’ve worked in a lot of different industries, from general laborer to operating a PCR 42 robotic profiler. In addition, I have also operated equipment such as a tele-handler, skidsteer, manlift, and a loader. In any situation, there was always a smile on my face and the will to be a contributing member of the team. Within an organization, I find the core values of respect, work-life balance, and loyalty make a difference in not only the work but the team morale.
