Background

About Ben Hebel

With My high level of motivation, determination and upbeat personality I’m able to provide a trust worthy environment that motivates others to do their best when no one is looking and feel the empowerment it takes to reduce turnover as well as create a positive work atmosphere that people enjoy coming to. I have furthered my knowledge over the past 12 years in pressure sensitive flexo as well as wide web flexo graphic printing in general. Since taking on a Production Supervisor roll for the past 5-6 years, I have dealt with many customers across many facets in the flexo world. I have also built strong leadership skills through many training sessions within the company, NWTC as well as Optima and with John Wirch’s leadership development program. I also have had training in HR and Lean through the same venues. I believe I have the motivation and driven personality that it takes to acquire business and give existing customers what they are looking for in designing their products. My competitive nature gives me the drive to do the best I can every day and push to better the company that I stand behind.
