About Ben Heys

I'm the Worship Pastor at City Rise, St. Mark's Battersea, London, a part of the HTB network, and have been leading worship for over ten years. I've previously studied with the Worship Central Academy (2013-2014) and the New Wine Worship Foundation (2019-2021). In 2023 I was privileged to be a guest worship leader at Spring Harvest Holidays, France. I have experience with Logic Pro and Pro Presenter visuals software and help curate weekly services, which include a live broadcast via Resi.I studied Music Technology at The London School of Music, where I learnt about studio recording (Logic Pro and Pro Tools), mixing in 5.1 surround sound and foley sound design. As a part of the course, I was fortunate enough to record at the Ealing Studios.Alongside this I host The Mervyn League Podcast. A podcast that takes a jovial take on sporting events and news. I oversee content planning, recording and editing for each episode. We record our podcast via Riverseide.fm and I use Logic Pro to edit the audio.
