Background

About Ben Hofferber

I’m a technical consultant and AI innovator passionate about building real-world solutions that matter. Grounded in authenticity, honesty, and curiosity, I bring clear communication and a collaborative mindset to every project.I do my best work in roles that combine authority and responsibility for direction with ambitious, capable peers and a real chance to keep growing. If those core ingredients slip—if I'm asked to deliver without input, or find myself the smartest person in the room for too long—I move on, constructively and without drama. My aim is always high-value, high-trust teamship, not just execution for hire. With experience across frontend and backend development, I specialize in leading impactful AI and product initiatives—creating proofs of concept, driving innovation, and translating complex ideas into clear, actionable plans through technical writing and diagramming.I thrive in flexible, autonomous roles where I can directly lead improvements, work closely with small teams, and help organizations grow through strategic guidance and knowledge sharing. I value well-structured projects with clear goals and measurable outcomes. If you’re looking for a partner who combines technical expertise with authentic leadership and a focus on meaningful impact, let’s connect.
