My name is Ben and I have a passion for travel and love helping people book their holidays which is the reason I started up as a personal travel agent. I spent a few years travelling around Australia, New Zealand and Asia and have been to many places around the world which gives me first hand experience when helping my customers plan their perfect trip. My mission is to treat all my customers with the up most priority, whether this is booking 1 night in a hotel in the UK or organising a once-in-a-life-time holiday around the world. Every one of my customers mean the world to me and I always make sure that I give my best in a professional, friendly and attentive manner. Having over 18 years’ experience in customer service, sales and marketing roles I always had a desire to have my own business and eventually took the plunge, travel is one of my main passions in life so it made sense to put that passion into my own business. I chose to become a member of Explorer Travel as they are backed by the largest independent Travel Consortium in the U.K, Hays Travel which means I have access to hundreds of suppliers and deals to ensure I can match and exceed my customers expectations and budget.
