I've worked for Wolverhampton Homes since 2009 and during that time I've held numerous positions spanning two directorates. Each role comes with its own unique challenges, affording me a broad understanding of the social housing sector, and more recently corporate communications, marketing, learning and organisation development. I'm new to the Learning and Organisational Development team, where I hope to effect positive change for the business by bringing fresh ideas to the team, supported by my knowledge and expertise in housing and communications. I am passionate about learning and development, and pride myself on unlocking people's potential and helping them to realise their aspirations.
