About Ben Huff

With over 17 years of experience in the medical supply industry, I am a Regional Manager at Medline Industries, LP, a leading company that improves healthcare outcomes and saves lives. I have developed expertise in inventory management, operations, and analysis, and I am certified in SAP and WMS systems. I value teamwork, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to contribute to Medline's mission and vision. In my current role, I facilitate, implement, and execute training in regard to Receiving and IC functions for all distribution centers across the country. I travel to DCs for training of new supervisors and managers, and I also conduct remote sessions via Teams or Zoom. I participated in the creation of training documentation for inbound operations, and I lead a multidisciplinary group of operations corporate and field personnel in the Inventory Control Committee. I coach, train, hire, and mentor warehouse employees in important protocols and practices, and I analyze workflow processes and develop strategies and adjustments to improve KPI, safety, quality, and productivity.
