I have Autism Spectrum Disorder and combined ADHD, which gives me an unparalleled ability to hyper-focus on tasks and think creatively to solve complex problems. My experience building and maintaining five successful business units in two countries is a testament to my ability to leverage my neurodiverse strengths to achieve outstanding results. As a leader, I prioritise forging strong bonds with my teams and am passionate about creating operational efficiencies and reducing costs without sacrificing quality. I bring a wealth of knowledge in areas such as ISO 27001, corporate governance, IT service management, fraud prevention, and chargeback management, and am committed to people management and investing in the development of my staff. With a focus on customer support and knowledge management, I drive operational excellence and facilitate sustainable growth for the businesses I serve.
