I am a good communicator with a confident manner who enjoys working with people. I have a passion to help support people who have poor mental health, especially young people. I am hard working and work well within a team and by myself. I have lots of experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and children who have poor mental health, this has helped me to build an ability to work well under pressure and encourage young people to reach their potential. My most recent job was at a local mental health charity. As part of my work I helped to develop a Youth Drop-In for young people who are experiencing poor mental health, also working with adults to help them build and maintain healthy mental wellbeing.
