I currently work at Klarquist Sparkman, LLP, a leading intellectual property law firm where I handle a wide range of end-user support needs—from hardware and software issues to network access, printers, and IP phones. What I do best is stay calm under pressure, troubleshoot efficiently, and communicate clearly with all types of users. I thrive in environments where responsiveness and reliability matter—especially when it impacts time-sensitive work like legal proceedings. I'm also involved in backend improvements like server upgrades and hardware refreshes, always aiming to strengthen infrastructure and minimize downtime. Klarquist is helping me grow into a leadership role, and I’ve begun supporting internal help desk operations with an eye toward team coordination, documentation, and process improvement. My next step is to become a Help Desk Supervisor—combining technical know-how with people leadership to build high-performing support teams. I’m curious by nature, eager to learn, and always looking for ways to make tech work better for the people who rely on it.
