I am an enthusiastic individual who is results focused, passionate about quality improvement, and strive to exceed expectations of my colleagues and leaders. I work well on my own as a self-starter, but I enjoy very much contributing to a positive team environment. I have been able to bring a unique lens which has provided immense benefit to organizations. Respecting those around me who have different specialties and utilizing opportunities to learn from them, allows me to adapt and challenge myself and grow professionally. I have played an integral role within organizations in the refinement and development of organizational policies in and out of my scope of Professional experience. I have over 15 years of Management, Project Management and supervisory experience, some of which was with staff in the same room, and others across the country. I have effectively negotiated Vendor contracts, established large organizational savings, and optimized business processes along the way. I am enthusiastic about seeking, and consistently applying Quality Improvements and building on organizational strengths. This has allowed me to successfully implement ERP Software systems on numerous occasions, and effectively manage an annual budget exceeding 1 Million dollars. My professional career has thrived because of my ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and develop strong partnerships to collaborate, develop, deliver, evaluate and enhance organizational systems in a respectful way earning the respect of my peers, supervisors and employees. Working collaboratively with people is a core character strength, and is what I am passionate about doing. Helping others find success, learn new processes and establishing lasting beneficial relationships brings me great satisfaction. The skill set I possess will strengthen any team, and effectively provide fantastic customer service, support and continue to strengthen our organization.
