About Ben Keily

I am an internationally experienced and results driven Human Resources professional with over 18 years HR experience. I have worked in a number of industries (Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Legal, Retail) in Germany, United Kingdom and Australia, including unionised sites. I have proven experience of building effective relationships, partnering on a strategic and operational level with various stakeholders from warehouse/frontline employees to senior management and board members. I also have experience liaising with unions and have successfully negotiated collective/enterprise agreements. I am an empowering people leader, currently managing a team of HR professionals to deliver a high quality HR service for the Global/Europe Head Office in Belgium. Whilst focusing on continual improvement, employee attraction and retention. I also have significant experience working with a geographically dispersed workforce, supporting managers and employees across a number of countries within the Asia Pacific, Europe, Americas, Middle East & Africa, Sub Sahara Africa regions.
