About Ben Kitching

Music Performance graduate since 2018, I have developed a keen eye for detail in daily tasks both professionally and personally. I strive to consistently achieve in my professional endeavours. I have 3 years experience in customer service roles in both written and verbal communications, having spent 2 years as a Customer Service Representative and achieving a Distinction in a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship. I also have spent the past year in a Coordination role for apprentices within both Software development and Data Analyst environments. Working with learners as a contact and support with their education and employment. Daily tasks include excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing creative problem solving to support learners in their studies. This could be to help schedule a learners courses using the businesses personalised CMS systems and liaising with multiple key stakeholders to provide the best learner experience. I also go above and beyond my role by supporting the improvement of the quality and efficiency of internal business processes. The transferable skills that I have learnt during my time in education have helped me create a foundation of skills and mindset. This has been focussed and refined with support from my colleagues and peers to help project myself as a positive and creative individual, looking to continue my journey into a future career that includes analytical thinking and decision making to create, improve and support colleagues in defining business processes and vision.
