Typical assignments range between - for permanent hires, and £500 - for interim hires. I spent all of my younger years training hard to become a professional cricketer as this was my passion. That included 2 hour round trips 4 times a week to training and games whilst missing out on usual teenage fun to fulfil my dream. At the age of 16 I moved from Cornwall to be in the academy at Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club. For the next 4 years I worked incredibly hard to get to my goal and at the age of 20 I was awarded the young player of the year award for taking the most wickets on the country, and also received my first professional contract.
