My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about my personality: I can decipher and solve 100+ technical and non-technical issues with ease- The customer's satisfaction is of the utmost urgency to me- I excel at listening to the customer's description of the issue, devising a plan of action, and then executing that plan to resolve the issue and ensure 100% satisfaction- I have been solving over IT issues since I started IT administration in November 2006. I can lead technical teams from 5-10 people- Winning is always a top aspiration for me. However, providing assistance and guidance to my team to achieve the objective brings me greater joy- I speak geek, but I also speak English and Hebrew for the non-technical users- I am always willing to lend a hand, even if it means taking a call after-hours. I continuously educate myself and drive myself to be a better technician- I always read to educate myself with the latest technologies available- I stay tranquil and calm when faced with adversity- I focus on making high-quality and conscientious decisions.
