Olympic sailing coach from The Netherlands. Specialised in working with single handed classes but also coached and sailed double-handed and keelboats successfully. Broad coaching experience: from sailors at national youth level up to coaching at the Olympics in Rio 2016 (Finn class - for Team NED) and Tokyo 2020 (Laser Radial class - for team HKG). Ben coached his sailors to several medals at Youth championships, Senior World & European & Asian Championships and Worldcup medals.
