I am a deeply experienced supply chain and operations leader that loves taking on the hardest challenges and winning. I’ve been a director for over fourteen years in global publicly traded manufacturing companies, leading strategy and transformation, and also as Director of Operations of a $1B+ manufacturing plant. As a Senior Operations and Supply Chain Executive Leader, I have a unique skillset that allows me to combine big picture vision with the practical understanding of how things actually work on the shop floor giving me the credibility to work with teams across levels to build a future they can be excited about. I bring a wealth of experience in end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain and Manufacturing leadership, strategic planning, and business & cultural transformation. My expertise includes program management, cultural architecture, network optimization, plant management, manufacturing engineering, materials management, ERP, quality engineering and safety. My analytical approach and driver mentality allow me to navigate complex challenges and implement innovative solutions that enhance financial metrics, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Recently I have transformed a collection of independent manufacturing sites to create a single network, both culturally and physically while achieving a 15% CAGR F22 over F18. This included the business case and execution of a 650k ft2 greenfield in Mexico. I also stood up a manufacturing technical center in India, a global materials center of excellence, oversaw a program unlocking $134M in incremental profit by identifying and alleviating supplier bottlenecks, and created an operations rotational leadership development program to build the talent needed to win in the future.
