As the Managing Director of Lewis Build, I lead a high-performing team specialising in high-end renovations and new builds throughout Auckland. Over the past decade, I’ve transformed Lewis Build into a premier residential building company known for delivering superior craftsmanship and exceptional client experiences. With more than 20 years in the construction industry, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to bring complex projects to life. My journey started as a builder, where I honed my skills on-site and gained hands-on experience across a variety of residential and commercial projects. This background allows me to lead from the ground up, ensuring that each project is executed with precision, care, and a commitment to quality. At Lewis Build, we pride ourselves on our strong client relationships and collaboration with leading architects and trusted subcontractors. From initial design to project completion, we work closely with clients to ensure their vision is realised, while delivering projects on time and within budget. As Managing Director, my focus is on the strategic growth of the business, mentoring and developing our talented team, and staying at the forefront of industry trends. I’m passionate about creating homes that not only meet but exceed client expectations, providing a seamless and rewarding building experience. Outside of work, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with the next generation of builders, and spending time with my family.
