My name is Ben Lipkin, and I'm a writer, artist, and emerging professional in curatorial work and arts administration currently based out of NY. I am a recent graduate of SUNY Purchase, where I double-majored in New Media and Media Studies, and minored in Anthropology. I'm passionate about researching, writing, and producing arts and culture of various media, with particular attention towards experimental and emergent media forms, as well as how to organize accessible and transformative experiences with art for the broader public. I currently work at KAJE, a non-profit art space in Gowanus, Brooklyn dedicated to the suspension of belief and development of experimental voices beyond the anxieties of that marketplace—specifically forms of investigation the market overlooks or deems unprofitable.
